Customer Service Representative – Permanent Full Time

Recreation Excellence is looking for a Permanent Full Time Customer Service Representative.

 The Ideal candidate must be customer oriented, personable, take pride in their work and work within a team environment.

 You must be, highly coachable, forward thinking, computer literate, able to work independently under pressure and professional in appearance to qualify.

Experience is an asset but not necessary (we can train the proper candidate)

 Only those seriously committed to being a loyal member of an excellent, fast paced, TEAM oriented forward-thinking culture should apply.

Successful candidates should possess the following qualities:

  • Excellent telephone manner / face-to-face customer service skills
  • Excellent work ethic and a Team oriented attitude
  • Cash handling experience and best practices
  • Computer Literacy

Other qualifications:

  • Standard First Aid / CPR C / AED
  • Experience with Computers and Microsoft office suite
  • Experience with Intelligenz software

Duties will include:

  • Provide excellent customer service to the public at all times, both in person & over the phone
  • Accounting and cash handling duties
  • Program registration, facility bookings, Data entry, some basic desktop publishing
  • Perform minor janitorial duties
  • Perform all other related duties as required by Recreation Excellence from time to time
  • Report to the Facility Manager and Assistant General Manager

Police Criminal Record Checks are required prior to hiring all candidates.
